I guide women in reconnecting to their body, their self trust, and the way they show up so they can build businesses that actually move.
My Story
There was a time when I knew what I was supposed to do. I understood the steps and had a clear. sense of what would move me forward, but I still was not taking the actions I knew to take.I had the ideas and the ambition, but I did not have the self image to support the level of success or the life I knew I wanted, in my work, my relationships, and how I felt day to day.
I had a strong educational and work experience and knew I was capable of more. But the gap between my capabilities and my life results became more and more frustrating. I questioned myself, overthought, and started over. I was trying to create results from a version of me who was not grounded in herself, and it showed.
What finally changed for me was going deeper into the work I had always been drawn to: feminine embodiment, self trust, and identity.
Discovering embodiment changed everything for me. I found the joy, confidence, and sense of home and safety I had been trying to create through everything outside of myself.
What surprised me most was not only the depth of healing, but the magnetism, aliveness, and connection to life that came from this work.
From that place, my life began to reflect me as I started showed up for my life differently. I trusted myself and followed through.I stopped circling the same ideas and started executing. I made decisions faster. I built momentum in my life and work.I attracted a loving partnership.
I stepped into deeply fulfilling work. I created a steady sense of being at home within myself.

My work is grounded in over a decade of studying feminine embodiment, including training in psychosexual embodiment, yoga, mindset, and leadership, along with a background in business, an MBA, and experience in consulting and leading teams.
